Historical Note
The Consortium for International Development (CID) was a Virginia-based organization that supported developing countries by providing agricultural training programs at various, qualified U.S. institutions. The CID's Western Regional office was located on the Washington State University Pullman Campus circa 1990-1992 in Hubert Hall. The Agricultural Training Program supported students from several developing countries such as Yemen, Egypt, Sri Lanka, and more.
