Lawrence Williams (1937-) is an author and environmentalist who served as a policy analyst and director of environmental organizations including the Sierra Club and the Oregon Environmental Council. Williams helped to found the Oregon Environmental Council and 1970, became the first Executive Director of the Oregon Environmental Council.
