The film documents a Hatch River Expeditions voyage down the Green and Colorado rivers in the summer of 1955. The voyage's boatmen were Don Hatch, Les Jones, Alden Galloway, and Bruce Lium. Passengers included Fred H. Wood, Dr. Bob Parsons, and author Cid Ricketts Sumner. This portion begins at Green River, Wyoming, and goes to Cataract Canyon, Utah. Scenes include Flaming Gorge (starting at 5:00); Lodore Canyon (12:30 on); Steamboat rock (17:40); railroad bridge near Jensen, Utah (21:09); bridge at Green River, Utah(30:39); Cataract Canyon (35:00 to end).

Scenes from this filming probably became part of Eggert's film, "Danger River."
