Paul Ranous Greever, a member of the Democratic Party, was Wyoming's representative to the United States House of Representatives from 1935 to 1939. He was a lawyer who also served as mayor of Cody, Wyoming, from 1930 to 1932, and he was a trustee of the University of Wyoming from 1932 to 1934.

1 | Legislative Documents A government-printed copy of an “adverse report” on the “Reorganization of the Federal Judiciary”—FDR’s court-packing plan—by Senator William H. King (D-Utah); it includes an attached slip of paper that says, “For release when presented to the Senate. NOT BEFORE MONDAY AFTERNOON, June 14” and a handwritten note to Greever (the author’s name is illegible).
