    Scope and Content: Texts in Tzotzil-Maya language, with Spanish translations; microfiche; 1989-1998. Texts were written as letters from Xalik Guzman, a laborer and translator living in the cities of San Cristobal and Tuxta Gutierrez in Chiapas, Mexico. Guzman describes daily life of Chiapas's urban Maya people, reactions to the Zapatista uprising, and myths and reminiscences.
