Marie Trupp Krieger (1910-2006) was born on a wheat ranch in Irby, Adams County, Washington. She was christened on 25 Dec 1910, at the Congregational Emmaus Church situated in the northwest corner of Adams County on the Lincoln County line. She graduated from Washington State University in 1934 with a bachelor's degree in foreign languages. She was an educator in both the states of Washington and Oregon. She married Walter Krieger in Portland, Oregon in 1941. Marie truly lived the history of the Germans from Russia in the Northwest, as well as sharing her knowledge, education, and talents with the members of American Historical Society of Germans from Russia (AHSGR) worldwide.

The collection consists of eight three-ring binders containing photocopies of family photographs, pedigree charts, newspaper clippings, vital records, and biographical information for the following families: Auld, Giebelhaus, Glanz, Haynes, Heinrich, Hoefel, Klaus, Krieger, Miller, Ochs,Pritchard, Repp, Ross, Schilling, Schlitt, Schnell, Schneider, Schwabenland, Spady, Weber, Weigant, Werre, and Yost.
