Historical Note
Since four years after its 1890 founding, Washington State University participated in intercollegiate football. Filming of those competitions began in the 1920s and continues today.
Content Description
The collection consists of non-professional VHS recordings of commercial broadcasts of Washington State University football games, recorded between 1984 and 2007.

Acquisition Information
Kevin Penrod of Omaha, NE, donated this collection to the Washington State University Libraries on Dec. 16, 2021, where they were retained as UA 2021-07.
Processing Note
University Archivist Mark O’English processed this collection in December of 2021. About a half-dozen unrelated tapes were discarded during processing.
