William Budge was an early convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from Scotland who served a mission in England and Europe from 1851-1855. He later journeyed to the United States and went to Logan Utah where he was made Stake President. He served as president of the European Mission, and later as the Logan Utah Temple's second president.
