Archives West Finding Aid

This collection contains printed music from 1875 to 1965 collected by Virginia Stewart (1917-2011). The collection primarily consists of sheet music from the 1890s to 1915, including "Everything is Peaches Down in Georgia," "Golden Butterfly," "Yankee Breeze," "Arcadia," "Bamboo Baby," "Hearts of the World," "Daisies Won't Tell," "Down in Jungle Town," "My Heart's Way out in California," "Santiago," "Salut Á Pesth," "Peaceful Henry," "Happy Moses," and "The Jersey Carnival," as well as newspaper clippings of music.
