Historical Note
Albert B. Gerber was an American author of several books and publications. He is best known for writing “The Bashful Billionaire,” a biographical examination of Howard Hughes’ life.
Content Description
This collection consists of correspondence; research notes; magazine and newspaper articles and clippings; and other miscellaneous materials dealing with the writing of the book “The Bashful Billionaire” about Howard Hughes. Also included are court documents in the case of Rosemont Enterprises, Inc. vs. Random House dated 1966.
