Series I. includes materials provided by the Sociology Department designed to assist undergraduate sociology majors.

Series II inlcudes information about the Univeristy of Wyoming's cross-departmental research of the Wind River Reservation, details of the project, and grant acquisitions. It also includes details about conferences, department grants, and colloquiums.

This series is a set of materials pertaining to grad students, (formerly) future grad students, and departmental information for graduates.

Series IV is mostly made up of daily materials created by the offices of the Sociology Department. For example: student information, flyers, advertisements, office manuals, and backup drives.

This series involves a compliation of visual and audio files like presentations given by faculty and students in the Sociology Department comprising of Powerpoints, lectures, and educational videos. It also includes department photogrpahs of faculty and students, including some student projects and old webpage mock-ups.

This series includes faculty information of professors in the Sociology Department from 1992-2006. The material is sensitive and thus restricted because it includes personal information, reviews, evaluations, and critiques of job preformances related to current faculty and non-deceased members of the department.

Series VII contains eclectic items impertinent to other Series, discs and zip drives with scattered information, copies of previously mentioned files with missing information, or nearly unreadable computer files.

This series includes digital access to archived websites associated with the Department of Sociology.
