Historical Note
Nathaniel S. Keith (1906-1973) was a correspondent for the "Wall Street Journal" from 1929-1940, and from 1940-1953 was with the Housing and Home Finance Administration and its predecessor agencies. He became a housing and urban renewal consultant in 1953.
