Historical Note
Donald S. Burgess (November 6, 1923 - March 16, 2008) was a Marine from Casper, Wyoming. He joined the United States Marine Corp in 1942 and served during World War II and Korea. Burgess retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1983. He passed away on March 16, 2008 in Casper, Wyoming.
