- The University of Utah acquired land in 1948 which was part of the Fort Douglas Military Reservation. In 1968 the University acquired additional land from Fort Douglas which was used as the site of the University Research Park. This collection contains land appraisals, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes related to the acquisition and administration of land obtained from Fort Douglas. Also included is a small quantity of records related to other University property.
