Biographical Note

Donald James Angus (1887-1966) was born in Wisconsin. A self-educated electrical engineer, Angus owned the Esterline-Angus Company of Indianapolis, Indiana and worked and taught at Michigan Agricultural College in Lansing, Michigan. Angus traveled throught the Southwest, South, and Mexico and documented his trips in photographs and film.
