Biographical Note
Jeff Davis was born on 11 August 1968 in Salt Lake City. He was active in a variety of sports during his school career at Highland High School, Salt Lake City. He participated in a Rough Rider BMX competition in Las Vegas in August 1981, winning three 1st place trophies in that competition. That same year, Davis began to snowboard. He was also a member of the 1984 Utah State 4A high school hockey championship team in ice hockey. He is also interested in freestyle bicycling, skateboarding, sailboarding, and skimboarding. He was an amateur snowboarder for the 1987-1988 season. He turned pro for the 1988-1991 seasons. Davis has also been a rider in several snowboarding movies. He has helped out at several snowboarding camps. Davis was also a snowboarding competition judge for 1996 to 2000.
