Collection includes: 23 plans, details, sections and elevations on 9 sheets of a house for David B. and Frances S. Charlton at SW Clifton St. and SW 16th Ave. in Portland, Oregon, scale 1/4" : 1 to 1' : 1', 1931. Hemenway also designed a house for Mrs. Charlton's sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Harry Clair, in an adjoining lot.
