This box, as well as boxes 16-19, contain correspondence, notes, itineraries, announcements, articles, financial information, questionnaires, liability forms, essays, brochures, and other materials.

These files, found in boxes 20-22, are listed alphabetically by state/country Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company traveled to. The files contain equipment inventories, lighting specs, stage measurements, itineraries, correspondence, questionnaires, and other technical papers necessary for the company's various productions.

Boxes 23-27 are listed alphabetically by country and include correspondence, notes, contact sheets, contracts, technical information, calendars, grant requests, programs, pamphlets, announcements, and travel information.

These boxes contain mainly the same types of materials as the international tours. However, boxes 28-40 concentrate on national tours and are organized alphabetically by state.

These folders are organized by year and contain correspondence, notes, lists, ticket and expenses information, check copies, announcements, and other materials. Most of the parties were held twice a year, in April and October.

Boxes 64-72 contain the same sort of materials as 61-63 and are also listed alphabetically. They have remained separate to maintain original order set by Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company.
