The Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago formed in 1910 from a merger between the Commercial National Bank and the Continental National Bank.
Content Description
Collection contains six Chicago Collector’s Plates painted by Franklin McMahon, spanning the years 1972 to 1976. The scenes depicted include The Water Tower, Sailboats and Skyscrapers, Chicago, City of Parades, Chicago Civic Center at Christmas, The Farm, and Lincoln Park Zoo and Michigan Avenue at the Art Institute.
