Historical Note
Frank Gower began his career with the Texas Oil Company in 1923. After twenty-five years, Gower opened his own firm as an independent oil producer and publisher. His publishing business published texts on the laws and regulations on oil and gas leases on public land. Gower also served as president of the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Association.
