Historical NoteReturn to Top
John W. Barriger was a railroad executive in St. Louis, Missouri and Dallas, Texas and became an expert in railroad economics. He served as president of the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad between 1956 and 1964 and moved on to the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad in the same capacity between 1965 and 1970.
