Box 1 contains training records A-K from 1984-1990. Boxes 2-4 contain complaint forms and other administrative reports from Jan 1986-1990. Boxes 5, 7-9 contain files related to hazardous waste removal from 1987-1993. Boxes 12-15 contain Unknown Sample records. Other boxes contain various administrative reports related to the Waste Management Facility Committee and records related to chemical spills.
