Historical Note

The Utah Heritage Foundation's primary activity over the years has been to educate the public about the value of preserving historically important buildings and architectural sites in Utah. It is a non-profit corporation that has received private as well as public funding. At its founding in 1966, the purpose was generally stated "to preserve the cultural heritage of Utah."
