Three photo albums containing approximately 550 photographs of Japan and India. The hand-colored photos in the two Japan albums depict historic sites and people in traditional Japanese dress. One album of black-and-white photos from India depicts mosques, temples, other major buildings, and street scenes, along with people of various castes; several photographs show Western travelers. The photos are pasted into large volumes containing bookplates of the Washington Blank Book Co., Tacoma, Washington.
