A record book with a cloth cover and “Record” on the front. Includes (handwritten) articles of incorporation, by-laws, names of stockholders, meeting minutes, a contract, and a stock register.

Includes articles of agreement, ledger entries, notes, notice of dissolution of the business, and a bill of sale for Arnold’s property interest in the business. According to a note on the envelope in which the contents were originally contained, the business commenced on June 15, 1884, and it was dissolved on May 28, 1890.
