Primarily consists of accident reports related to the Environmental Health and Safety Office. Contains administrative reports, correspondence, and memoranda also related to various projects such as Paradise Creek. Also includes waste reports related to animal waste and coal and ash. All files range from 1980-2000.

This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting performed by staff.
All boxes are clearly files that are clearly labeled by subject matter. Box 1 contains files related to animal waste management. Box 2 contains accident reports from 1980-1994. Box 3 contains files related to coal and ash disposal. Box 4 contains files related to the Paradise Creek Management Committee. Boxes 5-9 contains accident reports from 1992-1999.
