Biographical Note

John Logan Harter was born in Seattle on December 19, 1940. He was a painter and a poet who contributed regularly to the Lilliput Review. He was heavily involved in the Seattle art scene and was good friends with Jesse Bernstein. He committed suicide in May 2008 at his cottage in Tulalip, Washington.
