Groundswell Off Broadway records, 1993-2005

Research files, organizational records, correspondence, rolls of design drawings and plans, and ephemera documenting the work of Groundswell Off Broadway to restore historic Lincoln Park on Capitol Hill in Seattle, and rename it in honor of Cal Anderson, Washington's first openly gay legislator. Materials include: grant files, meeting notices and minutes, newsletters, photos, fundraising files, posters and printed ephemera, Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle Parks and Recreation and community planning documents, final plans for the park, a video, newspaper clippings, Landmark Board designation process materials, and background files of historical documentation from the Olmsted Brothers 1904 design and other documentation of the history and development of Lincoln Park. Also includes copies of laws, ordinances, contracts and agreements which applied to the project.
