Historical Note
Carroll, a lawyer and international tax expert, participated in the development of numerous tax treaties during the 1930s and 1940s. He was elected president of the International Fiscal Association in 1930 and in 1971 was named the Association's honorary president for life.
Content Description
Collection contains articles, conference papers, manuscripts, pamphlets and books related to international tax law; a small amount of correspondence; and several unpublished poems by Carroll.
