Content Description

This collection is comprised of the records of and records about the Evangelical Friends Alliance compiled primarily by Aurthur Roberts. Portions on the Five Years Meeting were compiled by Levi Pennington. Collection is comprised of three series: one comprised of the notes from Arthur Robert's History and Doctrine of Friends course taught at George Fox College, the second portion Levi Pennington's notes on the Oregon Yearly Meeting split from the Five Years Meeting which occured in 1926, and finally the records of the Evangelical Friends Alliance, including those related to the publication of the Evangelical Friend. The Evangelical Friends Alliance began in 1962 as an alliance between the Oregon, Ohio, Rocky Mountain, and Kansas Yearly Meetings.
