Historical Note
Joseph J. Hannah received his Ph.D. in geography from the University of Washington in 2007. He went on to serve at the University of Washington as a lecturer in geography and as an academic counselor for the Integrated Social Sciences Program. Hannah was a TA who participated in the strikes and voting that led to the establishment of a TA/RA union at the University of Washington.
