Content Description
The collection consists of individual aerial photographs (maps) and indexes. The majority of the collection consists of images of Whitman County and the Pullman region, but additional sets of photographic indexes to two other Washington counties are included, as are a sequence documenting the lower Columbia River. Virtually all of the sets of photographs are incomplete.

Administrative Information
Arrangement
The photographs are foldered in sets and organized primarily with preservation in mind, with the more commonly used (Pullman/Whitman regions) above the less often used. Pullman-region images are first, listed chronologically, then Whitman County, again chronologically, followed by the remaining two folders, with the more fragile Columbia River photographs located beneath the others.

The aerial photographs in this collection were primarily remnants - acquired as parts of other collections or as individual unaccessioned gifts over a number of years.
