George Francis Train was an author, entertainer, extensive traveler, lecturer, critic, and eccentric between the mid-nineteenth and turn of the twentieth century.

Collection contains 15 broadsides, speeches, and correspondence pertaining to the critical and entertainment career of Train as well as a book titled Nine Lives of Citizen Train by Willis Thornton.
