Historical Note
The University of Wyoming Women’s center was created to help female students on campus and provide resources such as the Women’s Art Festival, Women in Business Fair, Real Bodies, Real Women organization, and the Stop Violence Program, among many others. The Women’s Center also sponsored seminars and forums about women’s health, sexual violence, motherhood, and career counseling. The Women’s Center was briefly home to the Gender and Women’s studies program on campus.
