Biographical Note

William Stull Holt was born in 1896. He taught history at the University of Washington and served as chair of the History Department. He was a member of the American Historical Association, and an official of the Democratic Party. He was active in the Democratic national conventions, 1968-1972; the Democratic National Committee; the Washington State Democratic Central Committee; and the King County Democratic Central Committee. He died in 1981.
