Biographical Note
Jacqueline Williams is a foodways historian and author of "Wagon Wheel Kitchens," "The Way We Ate," and "The Hill with a Future: Seattle's Capital Hill 1900-1946." She lives in Seattle, Washington.
Content Description
Newspaper clippings, bulletins, photographs, and copies of articles about the potato and its history (both around the world and in Washington state), publicity materials and newsletters from The Potato Museum, articles and ephemera about the Northern Pacific Railroad Great Big Baked Potato, Washington State Potato Commission materials, recipes and menus, and other potato-related ephemera.
