Historical Note

Eleanor Catherine (Bird) Green (1917-2012) graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in June 1939. During the 1938-39 academic year, she was president of the Associated Women Students at the University of Washington. She was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority, Mortar Board, and Totem Club.
