Historical Note

Edward C. Skinner (1913-1999) was a manger of mining operations in the United States. Skinner spent his career managing mining operations in coal, potash, and phosphate. He worked in the field for forty years, traveling around the United States, including Arizona, New Mexico, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.
