Charles Patrick Moriarty, Jr. was born in 1927. Moriarty was a Republican member from Seattle of the Washington State House of Representatives, 1957-1959, and the Washington State Senate, the 36th district, 1959-1966 served on the Legislative Budget Committee, ca. 1961-1966, House Banking, Judiciary, Legislative Processes, Liquor Control, and Ways and Means Committees.
