Historical Note
Lawrence “Bud” Freeman (1906-1991) was a jazz musician and composer who played the tenor saxophone. Freeman played the tenor sax for the World’s Greatest Jazz Band, a group formed by Yank Lawson and Bob Haggart in 1968.
