Historical Note

Local 99 resulted from mergers in 1974 of various locals whose records are represented here. Seattle (Local 202), and Tacoma (Local 170) are the largest. Bremerton (Local 699), Bellingham (Local 355) and Olympia (Local 142) are also represented in the collection.
