Content Description

Collection created by the Oregon Historical Society containing reports, ephemera, and copies of documents pertaining to Native American tribes of North America, primarily in the northwestern United States. Includes: drawings of petrolyths; sign language translations for use in religious instructions; schedule of land allotments at the Umatilla Agency; Nez Perce songs and hymns; documents relating to the Klamath and Coquille tribes; the Warm Springs Reservation road program; and flyers for various events.
