Historical Note

VSA was a national art organization provided workshops to teens, adults, individuals with special needs, and young children. Their goal was to make art accessible to those who it had not been accessible to in the past. They also participated in the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics through the Cultural Art Olympiad. They organized three main exhibits: "Women Beyond Borders", "Children Beyond Borders," and the "Brian and Joe Show." Art Access and VSA Utah still operate in Salt Lake City today.
