Citizens' lobbying group based in Olympia, Washington.
Content Description
Correspondence, legislation, newsletters, testimony, resolutions, clippings. Concerns the Coalition's efforts for a memorial to Congress for a safe haven for Central American refugees, and another memorial for a halt in U.S. military spending in Central America. House Joint Memorial 37 passed the Washington State Legislature in 1984.
