Utah State University's Elementary and Early Childhood Education (ELED/ECED) program operates under Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services School of Teacher Education and Leadership (TEAL). The program was formerly the Department of Elementary Education until it was moved to a program under TEAL in 2009.
