Historical Note
Sally Wendkos Olds was a writer in the areas of child development, family life, relationship and gender interactions, mental health, and women's lifesyles in a variety of popular magazines and newspapers, including "McCall's," "Woman's Day," "Today's Health," and "The New York Times". She earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and has received several awards for her writings including the National Media Award.
