Biographical Note
John Baptiste Yeon (1865-1928) was an Oregon lumber baron, construction manager of the Columbia River Highway, and developer of one of Portland's early high-rises, the Yeon Building. His son, John Yeon (1910-1994) was a noted Oregon architect.
