Content Description
A collection containing pamphlets, posters,flyers and published, promotional or education materials relating to social justice issues and activism in and around Bellingham, Washington. These materials are a small sample from among the papers of Larry Hildes (1965-2021) and Karen Weill (d. 2020): Hilde and Weill were life and work partners who focused on social justice cases as a Bellingham-based attorney and paralegal. Initial content selections for the collection were made for the CPNWS archives by WWU Associate Professor of Sociology, Dr. Pat Gillham.

Acquisition Information
The collection was transferred to the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies by Pat Gillham in December 2022 and comprises content selected from Hildes and Weill's papers by Pat Gillham (WWU Sociology Professor) and/or Dave Tucker (of the Whatcom-Skagit Branch, Industrial Workers of the World, and friend of Larry Hildes and Karen Weill).
