Historical Note
Myron Edward Hamilton was a United States sailor from Wyoming. He was born on April 7, 1910, in Longmont, Colorado and his family moved to the Worland/Ten Sleep, Wyoming area when he was young. Hamilton joined the United States Navy in 1934 and served in World War II and the Korean conflict. In 1953, he retired after 20 years of service. After retirement from the United States Navy, Hamilton moved to Casper, Wyoming, where he was a warehouse superintendent for the Crane-O’Fallon Co. He passed away at the age of 46, after a sudden illness.
