Content Description
This collection contains forty (40) 3/4-inch video cassettes consisting chiefly of interviews with Idaho authors and poets, made during the preparation of the documentary film, Idaho Writers in Place, aired by Idaho Public Television in January 1994. Selected passages from the interviews were interwoven into the film. Also included is a VHS of the one-hour documentary itself, which was written and narrated by Keith Browning. Interviewees include Margaret Aho, Rick Ardinger, Kim Barnes, Mary Clearman Blew, Bruce Embree, Leslie Leek, Ron McFarland, Patrick McManus, Neidy Messer, Steven Puglisi, William Studebaker, Ford Swetnam, Robert Wrigley, and Harald Wyndham.
